FEATURES OF CARRYING OUT EXPORT CONTROL IN THE CUSTOMS UNION

Abstract

Purpose: in this article the problem of the effective functioning of export control in the customs territory of the customs union is considered. Discussion: due to the nature of the integration process of the customs union, the authors identify particularly important documents that need to be put in place to the further formation and development of the Customs Union. Results: commonalities and differences of these agreements are identified. The authors hope that many problems that hinder the effective functioning of the unified system of the Customs Union will be resolved in this area after the signing of agreements on export control of the Member States of the customs union.
