Abstract
The article is devoted to revealing of the possibility of information asymmetry overcoming in the context of interactions between employer and employee before they conclude a treaty. Results: we've found out that employer and employee both have some methods to reduce the information asymmetry. Due to summarization of the results of the latest research on Russian labour market we drew a conclusion that employer and employee both are active in using different methods that help them to reduce the information asymmetry.
