PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF USING PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AS A REGULATOR OF LABOR RELATIONS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The analysis of problems arising in the implementation of professional standards as a regulator of labor relations in the Russian Federation, has been performed and the possible solutions are given in this paper. Discussion: the authors propose to discuss options for addressing controversial issues arising in the development, approval and implementation of professional standards as a regulator of the employment relationship. Results: the authors have formulated solutions to six discussion questions that can enable more efficient use of professional standards in our country.
