CLASSIFICATION OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF STAFF
Abstract
This article describes the conditions affecting the innovative potential of staff, classification of these conditions and their measuring and managing options. Discussion: evaluation of available innovative potential and factors conducing to its formation, development, realization and blocking is an important stage of effective innovation management. The article contains the analysis of existing domestic and foreign scientific literature approaches to the classification of these factors and describes specificity of the classification attributes. Results: the original approach to the classification of factors affecting the innovative potential of staff is proposed. The affection level is used as a classification attribute. The evaluation parameters of the factors are reviewed.
