FEATURES OF MODERNIZATION PROCESSES IN MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to the current problems of the modernization process in modern Russia according to existing historical, economic, social and other features. Discussion: review of existing «failures» and imbalances in the economy led author to the conclusion about the need of the economy modernization. As the result the author pointed key features of modernization that are essential to determine the most optimal vector of socio-economic policy. Results: these features of modernization processes in Russia allowed the author to formulate a set of proposals to improve the effectiveness of the modernization policy.
