RUSSIAN REGIONS INNOVATION ACTIVITY MODELING FEATURES

Abstract

The article is devoted to identifying the range of regional factors of innovative development and evaluation of their impact on the Russian economy. Discussion: in order to achieve the objective of the expediency of the use of the econometric approach and sets out the basic requirements for the model, we examine the optimization of its structure. Results: identified a number of factors that have a positive impact on the volume of innovative products and services organizations in the region, including a number of variables that reflect the level of competition in the market, investment activities and financial condition of the region, the infrastructure and the level of knowledge in the region.
