MODERN AND FORECAST RANGE SCHEMES AND MECHANISMS OF MARKET FINANCING RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE IN RUSSIA
Abstract
Purpose: the article is devoted to the discussion developed current schemes and mechanisms for financing residential real estate market, with particular attention paid to those who have received the greatest development in Russia and abroad. Discussion: we consider two mechanisms: the mechanism of financing real estate developers and the financial mechanism buyers. We Indicated the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme, which provides a framework for the implementation of a mechanism. Results: the most promising schemes of financing residential real estate market, as well as the necessary conditions for their development are determined.
