The system of risk management as an element of the financial management of a nonprofit organization

Abstract

Purpose: the Article is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of financial management of nonprofit organizations (NPOs), which in conditions of becoming oriented to the interests of the individual economy becomes highly relevant. Discussion: the Global practice of functioning of non-profit organizations speaks to the need for improving the efficiency of financial management. Conditions for NGO activities in Russia are characterized by a high degree of risk, contributing to increasing competition for limited financial resources. Results: to minimize and eliminate the potential threat of non-profit organizations in the financial sector, we offer you to implement a system of risk management and, primarily, to classify and organize all kinds.
