Technique of optimal scheduling of teacher's working time

Abstract

Specificity of teacher's tasks provides foundation for existence of significant variation of required working time from month to month that causes work-life misbalance and contradicts state norms. To avoid difference between real work time and the one which was set by state norms the author proposes the way of scheduling of teacher's working time which was based on combination of exact calculations and heuristic technique. There are two new key points of the proposed technique. First is the list of teacher's duties which were modeled and the second is the objective function which was defined as the variation of planning time from optimal value.
