Implementation of innovation development to improve efficiency of housing and communal services

Abstract

Purpose: the Article is devoted to the evaluation and implementation of innovative development, as one of the most important factors in the effective functioning of the housing. Discussion: the Author proposes an analysis of the main sides of the housing, with the aim of identifying the problems of functioning and management. Based on these data, the author proposes to define the totality of the ways of innovative development able to consider the issues and provide positive social and economic effect. Results: the Author suggests ordering problems of functioning of housing and communal services and the ways innovative solutions. In addition, carried out testing of the proposed innovation, the analysis of the effectiveness of their implementation. The results of empirical studies have confirmed the possibility of practical use of the results obtained for the implementation process of innovative development of housing and communal services
