Study ways to improve the social subsystem investment-construction complex in terms of self-regulation

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to the improvement of social subsystem of investment-construction complex in terms of self-regulation. Discussion: improvement of the personnel in the investment and construction sector, maintaining quantitative and qualitative characteristics of workers at a level that meets all modern requirements, is a prerequisite for economic growth, an important factor in the socio-economic and political stability. Result, the authors proved the need for continuous development of the social subsystem of investment and construction of the complex through education and training. Substantiates the leading role of self-regulation to improve the quality of labor in the construction industry. Are proposed areas for further development of human capacity in the construction industry within the self-regulatory organizations.
