On restructuring of the industrial enterprises

Abstract

Purpose: article is devoted to questions of restructuring of the industrial enterprises under the conditions of crisis of economy and the post-crisis phenomena. Discussion: during the current difficult crisis period, the concept of restructuring can be limited by the cases minimizing risk with the cost of business close to zero. The main condition for this purpose is absolute satisfaction of requirements of creditors respectively the schedule of repayment of debt obligations, most favorable to the enterprise considered in discounted cash flow model. Results: the author developed strategy of restructuring which would guarantee mutual satisfaction and enterprise owners and interests of the creditor. This concept reflects strategy of restructuring which meet requirements of the creditor, and the cost of business comes nearer to the initial according to the approved schedule of obligation repayment.
