Theoretical and methodical aspects of diagnosis of investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises

Abstract

Purpose: this article is devoted to research of theoretical and methodological foundations of the diagnosis of investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises. Discussion: investment attractiveness of the enterprise diagnosis approaches have their advantages and disadvantages, but in general are universal. However, the specific conditions under which industrial enterprises are operating now are oriented to the investment attractiveness in the context of two concepts: economic and market potential. Results: we presented the approach to the diagnosis of investment appeal based on the identification of the level of economic and market potential of industrial enterprises. The main principles of evaluation of investment appeal of industrial objects are concretized.
