Expert estimations and correcting actions tracking-analysis realization of alternative scheduled decisions

Abstract

Purpose: article is dedicated to the study of modelling of tracking-analysis’ mathematical supplying with alternative scheduled decisions forming and expert estimations application. Discussion: consideration of the fact that commercial risks, which appear in the process of production and realization of products, negatively affected the basic financial and economic indicators and reduced the company’s financial result, authors suggest to expand opportunities and borders of assessment mathematical apparatus by creation of alternative scheduled decisions and their competent use in proactive monitoring mode. Results: the scheme of tracking-analysis major steps and realizing procedures models has been proposed by the authors. The results of empirical researches with offered mathematical device have confirmed an opportunity of practical application of proposed model in an estimation of industrial enterprises commercial risks.
