Economic and legal ways to protect against raider attacks in modern conditions of economic development of the country

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to ways of combating illegal takeovers and the development of measures to protect the company from hostile attacks. Discussion: the raiders in modern Russia is a real threat to the security of the country. Business raiders are measured in the billions of dollars. Every year there are over 60 thousand hostile takeovers of companies in Russia, which leads to the bankruptcy of the company, the destruction of enterprises of the military – industrial complex, reducing the investment attractiveness of the economy as a whole. The actions of the raiders lead to increased corruption of authorities and management, law enforcement and judicial systems. Results: the analysis of the weaknesses of the enterprises, which is the reason of raiding. The measures for prevention and protection from hostile attacks are proposed on the basis of the conducted analysis.
