Water consumption simulation in public sector

Abstract

Purpose: improving the efficiency of the planning of energy saving measures in the public sector. Discussion: This paper proposes an approach to the construction of a model for assessing the level of water consumption by budget organizations, based on the analysis of statistical energy certificates drawn up by the results of energy audits of public institutions in Saratov and the Saratov region. Results: We have identified 4 groups of public sector institutions by type of water consumption and investigated the function of energy consumption within each group.
