Problems of human resources management at the enterprises of machine-building complex on the example of Samara region

Abstract

Purpose: this article examines the problem of human resources management at the enterprises of machine-building complex. Discussion: the study investigated the motivation of employees of the enterprises of machine-building complex of Samara region, belonging to different social and professional groups. Main directions of effective human resources management. Results: on the basis of the conducted research, the authors have developed and proposed structure of the Department of human resources management of machine-building complex.
