Abstract
Purpose: this article continues the theme of integration of innovative management methods in practice of the introduction of «lean production» at the plant in terms of total uncertainty. Discussion: fccording to the author, in the face of uncertainty and variability of the environment the impact of factors, determining the composition and characteristics of the key issues that limit the speed of the value stream, make a great figure in the management of production processes at enterprise. Results: the mechanism of the progressive integration of the methodology «Lean - Six sigma» with TOC (Theory of Constraints System) methodology helps not only to eliminate the loss from parts of the system, which were the main limitations of the opportunities to increase the value, but also to create the conditions for increasing the rate of passage of the resource through the system, which ultimately provides achievement of the desired results by the system itself, in particular the planned profit.Downloads
