Factors for successful public-private partnership in russian regions (central chernozemic region example

Abstract

Purpose : improving the efficiency of the interaction between public and private capital. Discission : we explored key factors promoting to the effective implementation of the PPP in the central chernozemic region. The authors detailed current legislative framework disadvantages, as well as differences of forms of financial assistance. There are some results of comparative analysis of approaches to key infrastructure infrastructure elements (regional centers of the PPP) organization. Results : the authors suggested some ways to improve the legislative framework of the PPP as well as some options for PPP projects financial support, built a conceptual model of the institutional development infrastructure of the PPP in the region.
