Long-term trends of natural and economic processes’ detection tools

Abstract

Purpose: the article is devoted to the development and adaptation of mathematical and instrumental methods of analysis and risk management through preforcasting analysis of the dynamics of economic indicators. Discussion: explore the value of time series of different cyclical nature (wheat prices and volumes of wastewater of a mountain river Kuban), obtained on the basis of the analysis phase. The peculiarity of the studied time series is not obeying a normal distribution law, there is no visible trend. Results: the article examines ways to reduce social and economic risk-based preforcasting analysis.
