Analysis of the synergic effect in the process of creation of integrated structures and its evaluation methods

Abstract

Purpose: systematization of the synergic effects, which arise during the integration process and affect the economy of enterprise, analysis of the evaluation methods to these effects. Discussion: The author consider the general scientific approaches to the study of the processes of synergy evaluation, conceptual and methodological development of science of applied and fundamental character of the domestic and foreign scholars on the problems of corporate entities, improving the management of integrated structures. Results: we concluded that the receiving of positive synergy effects is the main goal and the measure of success of the integration process. We identified the need for special, more accurate, evaluation techniques of synergies. We theoretically justified a new approach of the synergy evaluation, based on valuations like «difficulties of achieving the goal».
