Electronic system of document flow of chair of higher education institution: model, program realization, economic assessment

Abstract

Purpose: аrticle is devoted to questions of electronic document flow in an education system, in particular, of the highest educational institution. Within education informatization this direction gains the increasing interest from all subjects of educational process. Discussion: under the assumption that employees of chair spend a lot of time for work with documents on the nomenclature of affairs of chair, creation of inquiries and reports, and also information search, authors suggest this activity to automate. Results: authors developed system of document flow of chair of higher education institution, conceptual and relational model of system, We presented the program realization, an economic assessment of efficiency of use of system. Results of research showed that the developed system allows to organize much better document flow of chair and to lower work expenses.
