International and domestic experience of interaction between state and private sectors in the industrial sphere

Abstract

Purpose: determination of the conditions and directions of intensifying and improving the mechanism of public-private partnership in the Russian regions. Discussion: during the study it was found that industries around the world use different types and forms of cooperation with the state structures. However, in the current environment the potential for cooperation between industrial structures and the state is significantly undervalued and is not used to the full. Results: we analyzed international and domestic experience in the implementation of interaction between the public and private sectors in the industry. We presented its most popular form, and offered recommendations for improving the conditions for the spread of public-private partnership in the industrial sphere of the Russian regions.
