Abstract
analysis of current situation in the estate market, in particular inthe mortgage market, during the crisis events in Russian economics and
determination of feasible mechanisms of mortgage demand stabilization.
Discussion: in this article, we show the dynamics of basic indicators of the
mortgage market and its dependence on adverse economic factors. We
disclosed the necessity of mortgage sustention as the main method acquisition
of habitation as well as estimated existing stabilization state measures
in the mortgage market. Results: we present the necessity of additional
stabilization events in mortgage market system in Russian Federation in
view of increased risks in particular creating conditions for the resettlement
of borrowers defaulted on their obligations in the special housing fund.
