Public-private partnership and its impact on the territory management efficiency

Abstract

analysis of the mechanisms of the public-private partnership used
to social commitments implementation by the authorities and improvement
the efficiency of the regional management. Discussion: according to the
authors, bringing together public and private sector on a mutually beneficial
basis and using market principles, the authorities will be able to more fully
meet the needs of the population, create additional jobs, improve living
standards and quality of life of the people. Results: Successful development
of public-private partnership in Russia depends on the harmonization
the different legislation applicable to PPP projects, the institutional
environment, single control that will become a single center of expertise
and an effective intermediary between the private sector and government.
