Abstract
Purpose: development of organizational and methodological provisions of codifying normative legal acts which regulate advertising activities in the Russian Federation. Discussion: analysis of trends in the development of advertising and regulatory and legal framework of legislation regulating the advertising activity leads to the conclusion that the formation of the rules of their codification. Results: trends in the development of advertising legislation and regulations governing the advertising activities were analyzed, their systematization proposals were formulated.Downloads
