Problematics of entrying small enterprises in the system of state purchasing
Abstract
Purpose: to consider the problems of embedding small businesses in the system of state orders; to analyze the current system of public procurement. Discussion: small business entities, along with other legal entities, can become participants in public procurement. Participating in trades, enterprises sometimes fulfil very strict requirements of the contract system, responding to overstated obligations of credit and financial companies, which, in fact, speaks about the great potential of this sector of the economy and its sustainability. Results: we reveal problems of inclusion of small enterprises in the state order and systematized the measures that a small enterprise needs to successful work in the public procurement.
