Analytical procedures of the factor analysis of the earning cost of the personnel of the organization

Abstract

Purpose: in modern conditions, the size of the remuneration of employees determines the likelihood of attracting highly qualified personnel, which to a large extent creates the competitiveness of the organization. The main socio-demographic characteristics depend on the salary level of the personnel, such as the profit of the population according to the spheres of activity, regions, in the whole country, the level of the subsistence minimum, the level of accessibility for the population of different financial and intellectual goods. These features confirm the need for an economic assessment of labour remuneration and set premiums and bonuses, confirmation of the internal economic analysis of the promotion of employees of the organization. In this connection, there is a need to use deterministic models to analyse the influence of labour factors on the wage bill. Discussion: the staff evaluation indicators are summarized, the classification of wages is presented and the need for factor analysis of wages is justified. Results: deterministic factor models are constructed, which allow calculating the influence of labour factors on the wage fund.
