Concepts and assessment of reliability and quality of services in territorial electric organizations
Abstract
Purpose: to reveal the content of categories "reliability" and "quality" for territorial electric organizations. Discussion: subjects of the electric power industry are responsible for the reliability and quality of their services. Reliability and quality of services are important criteria for internal control of these organizations. The article considers the application of the quality service model by A. Parasuramana, V. Zaitaml and L. Berry in the area under consideration. Results: the article has developed recommendations for obtaining estimates of the reliability and quality of the organization's services from its customers. Authors evaluate existing methods of internal control for this type of organizations
