Economic and legal analysis nature and locations of nodal markets (based on the air transportation market)

Abstract

Purpose: economic and legal analysis of the phenomenon of nodal markets, for example aviation market. Discussion: in the course of this research the author applied methods of economic analysis of law, and conducted a comparative legal analysis of international practices of regulation of nodal markets. The findings presented in this study are part of the global and national discussions of the existence and need for surrogacy. Results: the author has identified and explained the basic terms and the characteristics of nodal markets, and also pointed to the need to integrate regulation of relevant markets in the legal field. The results can be used in theoretical and practical aspects.
