Application of the FMEA method at the choice of the enterprise-executive of the government procurement

Abstract

Purpose: paper is devoted to the problem of preventing an inefficient choice of an enterprise-executive a government procurement and placing it at enterprises that meet the minimal but enough requirements of the customer for the implementation of the project. Discussion: At present, it is necessary to apply scientific methods and approaches in the work of government procurement in order to reduce the influence of the subjective factor on the decision-making. Results: The application of the theory of risk management on the basis of the FMEA method  allows to determinate the spheres of economic activity of the enterprise, which demands  special attention.
