Information analytical applications for evaluation the human potential of organizational systems
Abstract
Purpose: the authors develop and describe the information analytical applications for the evaluation of human potential, and, in particular, the command potential of organizational systems. Discussion: the human potential of organizational systems plays the essential role in formation and development their competitiveness. The authors note, that the special technologies of evaluation exist for effective manage human potential (capital). The problem of human potential evaluation is weakly structured. For this reason specialists use expert technologies, statistical and intellectual methods of information processing for hypothesis testing, identification of certain regularities in this area. The full implementation of evaluation mechanisms involves a wide range of testing procedures, expert processing of information, statistical and intellectual analysis of data. It is possible only within the framework of specialized analytical information systems (analytical applications). Results: the authors developed the algorithmic and software support. It implements the following methods for evaluation the human potential of organizational systems: method of correlation analysis of the employee potential in the company; a method of constructing fuzzy rules for evaluation the effectiveness of the company's management, based on the Blake-Mouton technique; neural network algorithm for recognizing the effectiveness of the management team in terms of its role composition.
