Problems and directions of improving the crediting of the agrarian manufacturer
Abstract
Purpose: to develop proposals for improving the crediting of the agricultural producer in the current economic conditions. Discussion: lending processes for agricultural producers are undergoing significant changes today. This is due to a number of subjective and objective reasons. Directions of credit improvement should neutralize the negative impact of certain factors of the external and internal environment of agricultural enterprises. Modern mechanisms of agricultural lending require active support of the state. The use of subsidizing the lending rate as an instrument of state influence on credit processes should be flexible and adequate to the changing conditions for the functioning of enterprises in the agricultural sector. Results: based on the studies performed, authors proposed two groups of activities. The first group is concerned with improving the process of agricultural lending. The second group contains measures aimed at improving the mechanism of state support for agrarian lending in the form of subsidies.
