To the question of increase of efficiency of the business process of the company's personnel management
Abstract
Purpose: The article is devoted to the problem of effective personnel management of large enterprises. Discussion: In accordance with modern requirements to staff qualification there is an urgent need to identify staff that require training, planning training, and actual events for training and evaluation of its results. Based on the recommendations to the level of training and advanced training of personnel, establishment of a process for training employees is an important issue for many companies. Considering a business process management personnel, it can be concluded that the monitoring of the state workforce, identifying the need to improve the professional level of some employees over time, either because of the influence of external factors is the most vulnerable from the point of view of effective functioning. Results: Development and implementation of communication subsystem of monitoring the status of personnel and accounting applications for staff training will improve the efficiency of the business process of HR management.
