Institute of the bankruptcy of physical persons in Russia: development and management in the activities of banks
Abstract
Purpose: analysis of the state and development trends in the institution of bankruptcy of individuals in Russia. Discussion: «Personal» bankruptcy of Russian citizens has not yet acquired a mass phenomenon. However, the dynamics of the number of applications for declaring citizens bankrupt to the arbitration courts is steadily growing. Customer-oriented approach, as reflected in the deposit and credit policies ah PJSC «Sberbank» in the Russian reality is a «best practice» because it provides quality of work with customer relationship for a priority regulation of bankruptcy of individuals. A large number of options for resolving bankruptcy situations of citizens are formed depending on the terms of borrowers late payments. Result: the authors have identified the main problems of the existing mechanism for resolving the insolvency of individuals based on the study.
