Directions of perfection of the capital repair management system

Abstract

Purpose : the authors consider the functioning problems of the Capital Repair Fund in the Russian Federation. Discussion: the authors determine the key factors in the cost repair formation. These factors are the basis for the formation of public-private partnership model in the cost repair formation and rate for resident rate. Results: the authors built interaction parties system in major repair issue. This system includes all interested parties. Information interaction between the BTI and the owners will simplify the spending funds procedure for capital repairs. The authors offer to approve the estimate for capital repair. The general meeting of owners can approve and control this estimate.
