Formation of the system approach to increasing the efficiency of industrial enterprises-residents of industrial parks

Abstract

Purpose: to develop an optimal approach for solving the problems of increasing the efficiency of industrial enterprises resident in industrial parks. Discussion: a review and generalization of existing approaches to the definition of the concept of the efficiency of industrial enterprises on the basis of various domestic and foreign sources is conducted, in accordance with which the main target efficiency formats are identified, including a mandatory strategic orientation. Results: the author proposed a concept, which is expressed in the dependence of the efficiency management system of industrial enterprises on economically sound risk management. This implies identifying and assessing risks, as well as identifying available resources and rational use of the enterprise. The author suggested a systematic approach, which implies a transition to a focused development policy and takes into account the search, and the use of opportunities, the development of priority areas for increasing efficiency.
