Marketing component success of the trade center
Abstract
Purpose: to specify the marketing component of a shopping center's success in the current economic conditions. Discussion: factors affecting the retail real estate market are discussed. Each factor, its components are analyzed, their current and forecast characteristics are described. The most influential concepts of the shopping center, as well as the projected characteristics of the shopping center, are considered. Results: the authors formed criteria for the effectiveness of the shopping center, identified trends in the formation of shopping center concepts, diagnosed changes in the behavior of tenants and visitors.
