Choice of strategy of development of knowledge-based enterprises
Abstract
Objective: The work is devoted to the consideration of theoretical positions in the process of choosing a strategy for the development of a knowledge-based enterprise on the use of the method of strategic planning. Discussion: An important task of modern Russian economy is the intensification of innovative processes with the aim of obtaining new knowledge, the creation on their basis of the production models, implementing them into production and increase production of high-tech products. It is assumed that in modern conditions it is a competent choice of priority areas of development will ensure economic stability of the knowledge-based enterprise in a growing competitive environment in the long term. Implementation of the development strategy is provided by management decisions on the use of tools and methods in strategic planning, reflecting the specifics of the high-tech enterprise. Features of the development strategy depend on the profile of the activity, the level of production and technical development, the level of innovative potential of the staff. Results: The methodical approach to the choice of strategy of development of the high-tech enterprise, characterized by the gradual inclusion of elements aimed at achieving the objectives of strategic planning, the key features of which are: the introduction of the stage of formation of cross-functional team, and evaluation of the strategic position of the enterprise on the basis of the method of SPACE - analysis, consisting: in the expert evaluation of four groups of factors (financial potential, industry attractiveness, competitive advantages, environment stability); in the construction of the schedule.
