Regional aspect of antitrust compliance

Abstract

Purpose: to determine the content and the basic directions of formation of system improvement work on the development of competition in the region in the implementation of anti-trust Compliance. Discussion: the main directions of formation in the region of the organization of works on the development of competition, taking into account the need for antimonopoly compliance, the definition of the term «antimonopoly compliance of the region» are defined, the content of the main organization of works on the development of competition subsystems and some practical elements of their components developed in process of introduction of the program and the standard of development of competition in the region, the possibility of ensuring the functioning of the antimonopoly compliance of the region based on the control of the result in the activity of subsystems of organization of works on the development of competition. Results: based on the analysis and systematization of approaches to determining the nature of the regional process of competition development, the content and organizational and methodological provisions of the organization of the organization of work on the development of competition in the region and the possibilities of its use as a basis for introducing antimonopoly compliance of the region are disclosed. Results of introduction of some elements of subsystems of the organization of works on the development of competition are resulted, directions of the further development of compliance control are defined.
