Foreign experience of using the public-private partnership as an instrument for solving socio-economic problems of the territory
Abstract
Purpose: to study the specifics of using public-private partnership as a tool for solving social and economic problems in foreign countries (based on materials from the united states, Great britain, canada and Korea). Discussion: the article discusses the interpretation of public-private partnership in foreign countries, reveals the national peculiarities of using this tool, priority sectors of PPP projects. The factors ensuring the success of the development of the mechanism of public-private partnership in foreign countries are studied. results: the study showed that combining the competencies and skills of the private and public sectors is an effective tool for solving socially significant tasks. There are country specific features of the application of public-private partnership, conditioned by the level of economic development.
