Assortment management of food production enterprises based on innovative mechanisms
Abstract
The article is devoted to the management of the range of food enterprises with the use of innovative mechanisms. Under the assumption that the effects of globalization largely determine the need to improve the competitiveness of domestic enterprises, the authors propose to use the methods of benchmarking as an effective innovation mechanism. Benchmarking includes a set of tools to systematically identify, evaluate the merits of competitors experience and organize their use in the company's activities. The authors propose innovative mechanisms of assortment management based on the methods and tools of benchmarking. The results of the research confirmed the possibility of practical use of the developed recommendations to justify management decisions in the context of the need to improve the competitiveness of domestic dairy industry and improve the quality of life.
