The management mechanism of professional adaptation of students and young specialists in institutions subordinate to emercom of Russia
Abstract
Purpose: the authors aim to investigate and improve the mechanism of management of professional adaptation of cadets and young professionals in the institutions of subordinates of EMERCOM of Russia. Discussion: according to the authors, there is a significant specificity of adaptation of cadets and young specialists of EMERCOM of Russia, which can be taken into account in the software, organizational, information and diagnostic support of this process. Improvement of the mechanism of management of adaptation of cadets and young specialists should contribute to the early familiarization with the requirements of educational activities, adaptation to the military team, overcoming the psychological barrier between the teacher and the cadet. Results: the authors developed the program of professional adaptation, synthesized the complex tools of assessment of professional adaptation, and also statistically confirmed the effectiveness of the measures of improvement mechanism of management of professional adaptation.
