THE PROCEDURE OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY
Abstract
Purpose: the article deals with the development of digital transformation procedures of food industry. Discussion: digital transformation of food industry started active development with the emerging of new cross-cutting technologies, such as Big Data and Internet of things. It is necessary to give support in these conditions to the advanced researches and innovations in a number of decisions which will use really all opportunities to become original revolution of ащщв industry of the 21st century. The author implements digital transformation of food industry from the position of design approach. Results: introduction of digital transformation procedure of food industry on the basis of design approach will strengthen the relationships between business, science and the state that, in turn, will improve quality of life of the population in the country.
