The methodology of cognitive modeling and analysis of goals and functions of corporate integrated structures
Abstract
Purpose: the Main purpose of this article is to develop a method of cognitive modeling and analysis of the existing structure of goals and functions of the control system. Discussion: The proposed method is based on well-known methods of cognitive analysis and modeling. The main difference between the proposed method and the existing approaches of its adaptation to improve the management system of corporate integrated structures is to take into account all the spaces of goal initiation in the process of cognitive structuring of parameters and factors, as well as the introduction of the goals of the management system (previously considered an approach involving the study of the influence of functions on the global goal). Results: as a result of the implementation of the proposed methodology, a cognitive model of the top-level management system of the Corporation (JSC "South diversified Corporation") was built, reflecting the relationship between functions, goals and the global goal and identified among them the key and problematic.
