BALANCED DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT OF REGIONAL INNOVATION ECOSYSTEMS

Abstract

Purpose: the authors create theoretical provisions of the balanced development management in regional innovative ecosystems. Discussion: the relevance of work is that the innovations arise in the favorable competitive environment. One of key problems of innovative development Strategy of the Russian Federation till 2020 is development of the environment favorable for innovations growth. Unconditional guarantees of the property rights protection and ensuring favorable investment climate are the base of an effective innovative ecosystem creation in an industrial complex. The innovative transformation processes of social and economic systems happening both at the level of separate industrial complexes, and at the level of the industries, national and world economy predetermine need of formation of special management mechanisms aimed at providing sustainable development of ecosystems with use of the intensifying factors. Results: the authors considered the existing problems in the sphere of an innovative ecosystem formation for industrial complexes in the conditions of digital economy. In addition the authors carried out the analysis of institutional transformations logic at transition to digital economy of ecosystems.
