Institutional aspects of the formation of inter-level network interactions of participants of the innovative process in strategic planning
Abstract
Purpose: the article is devoted to the substantiation of the problems of modeling network interactions of the subjects of the innovation process in the development of an innovation strategy from the standpoint of institutionalism. Discussion: assuming that for the successful implementation of a high-risk and requiring a fairly large investment of the innovation process, it is necessary to form an innovation network of interaction of its participants, it is proposed to apply the methodology of institutional economic theory to solving the problem of realizing the synergistic effect of interactions. Results: the author substantiates the leading role of development institutions in optimizing the interaction of subjects, among which it is proposed to include advanced development territories created at the initiative of the authorities, which will ensure an increase in the efficiency of diffusion of innovations both in the sectoral and regional projections. It is shown that to achieve innovative synergy effect, it is necessary not only scientifically grounded management of innovative projects that form the process, but also optimization of network interactions of participants in the innovation process.
