A Development concerns of research, developmental and technological works in the Russian Federation

Abstract

Abstract: article is focused on questions of further strategic development of research, developmental and technological works necessity in the Russian Federation. Discussion: the main problems interfering systematic complex development of RDTW are analysed: deficiency of system state support of this field of activity; low activity of the private sector in the sphere of RDTW; labor problems of the design-technology blockexperts; commercializationproblems of RDTW results; insufficient legal defense of intellectual property; outdated material and technical resources in the sphere of research and development. Results: on all above-listed problems the corresponding ways of their solution are proposed
