To the question of the growth strategy for personal welfare as the basis of human life

Abstract

Purpose: the authors determine the conditions and basic principles of the personal welfare strategy formation. Discussion: content of individual personal welfare as social and economic system of his activity reveals. The authors showed the structural elements of this system. The authors called the methodological basis of a research including: scientific principles and methodological approaches. The authors note that additional requirements and their full satisfaction stimulate the growth of personal welfare. The authors defined the strategy of growth for personal welfare. In the conditions of increase in a role of information and communications the economic entity, under the influence of public, cultural, institutional and communication parameters of development, form preferences of the strategic choice. This choice happens not only on the basis of economic criteria. In this regard there is an objective need of conceptual judgment for the strategic choice in the context of manifestation of behavior subjective parameters. The authors proved the alternative point of view on understanding of growth strategy for individual personal welfare, development of his requirements and abilities and also on the interests of economic entity. In addition, the authors characterized the growth factors of personal welfare as social and economic system and formation of this growth strategy. Results: the authors revealed the attributive characteristics of the personal welfare strategy growth.
