Human resources policy as marketing management tool of personnel potential in the high school education
Abstract
Purpose: the authors consider the personnel policy of higher education institution as a tool of personnel potential marketing management in the educational services market. Discussion: the basis for the differentiation of personnel policy options can be the openness degree of the organization in relation to the external environment in the formation of personnel, its principal focus on internal or external sources of recruitment. The efficiency and effectiveness of the personnel policy in the higher education institutions, along with the number of scientific and pedagogical workers, characterized by a number of other quantitative indicators. Results: the authors proposed the quantitative indicators of personnel potential assessment and analyzed these indicators on the example of Volgograd state technical University.
